How far in advance should we book?

Four to eight weeks is the safe window for premium housing, large dinner reservations, and boat availability. F1, SXSW, and ACL weekends go much faster — for those, think months, not weeks. We also rescue last-minute groups all the time; reach out and we'll tell you what's still open.

How many guests can you host?

From a tight crew of 6 to large-format groups of 20+. Two things to know: we can run the planning side with or without housing — stay wherever you want and we'll build the weekend around you — and our stays portfolio covers houses sized for real group takeovers.

What kind of housing do you offer?

Do you handle restaurant and nightlife reservations?

Yes — steakhouse private rooms, hibachi chefs at the house, nightclub tables with bottle service, and gentlemen's club access. Large groups of guys get turned away at doors routinely; ours don't, because entry is coordinated before you land. See the activities catalog for what we book.

What is the drinking age, and when do bars close?

The drinking age in Texas is 21, and bars close at 2:00 AM. Sixth Street and Rainey Street both run right up to last call, and the after-party moves back to the house — which is why our houses are picked for exactly that.

What if our group size or dates change?

Group sizes shift constantly — guys drop, dates flex around weddings. As long as you give us a heads-up, most changes are no problem, and pricing updates automatically as the group changes.
