SINGLE MALT MANOR - INN CAHOOTS

Single Malt Manor is a private, multi-home property in East Austin designed for groups that want space, proximity to nightlife, and straightforward logistics. Located one block from East 6th Street and within walking distance of Rainey Street, it functions well as a central home base for group trips.

This location keeps the group closer to the restaurants, bars, and pickup points that make Austin weekends run smoothly.

The point is simple: enough beds, enough common space, and a location that does not turn every move into a thirty-minute logistics problem.
